Using BOB

These terms cover the BOB website, cloud workspace and BOB Desktop. By creating an account or using BOB, you agree to these terms. Use BOB only where you are legally permitted to do so and, if acting for an organization, have its authority.

Your account and connected services

Protect your Google account, BOB sessions and provider credentials. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the tasks, permissions, sharing and automations you configure. Connect only services and information you are authorized to use.

AI providers and other connected services have their own terms, usage limits and charges. Connecting an account to BOB does not include a subscription to that provider or remove its restrictions. You are responsible for charges incurred through your accounts.

Your content and AI actions

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give the operators permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing you enable and requests to your selected providers.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review output and important actions. Depending on the tools and permissions you enable, BOB tasks can execute code, change files, communicate with others or change connected services. Scheduled and cloud tasks may continue after you close the app. Keep independent copies of important files.

Acceptable use

Do not use BOB for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, spam, infringement of others' rights, or interference with the service. Do not try to access another user's private data or bypass account, security or resource limits.

Availability and account closure

BOB is an evolving service. Features, capacity and provider availability can change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may limit or suspend activity to address abuse, security issues, excessive resource use or violations of these terms. You can stop using BOB at any time and contact us to request account closure and deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We will post updated terms here and identify their effective date. Contact us at the address above with questions about the service or these terms.
